yabai.travel is an endurance race search and planning service. Race data is collected from public sources and organizer pages, and may change after publication. Please confirm final dates, rules, prices, eligibility, travel requirements, and entry status on the linked official organizer pages before making plans.

The service is provided as-is. Optional one-time and monthly support payments help operate the site and do not unlock otherwise restricted features.

Privacy Notice

Account data

When you sign in, we store the minimum account information needed to provide saved races, calendars, supporter status, and abuse prevention.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. yabai.travel does not store full card numbers.

Analytics

We may use aggregated analytics to understand page views, feature usage, and reliability. Analytics are used to improve the service, not to sell personal data.

Contact

Messages sent through this page are used to respond to the inquiry and operate the service.

Deletion

You can request account or inquiry-data deletion through the contact form below.

Payment Terms

Currency

Payments are charged in JPY. Any USD, EUR, GBP, or other local-currency amounts shown on the site are approximate references only. Your card issuer determines the final exchange rate and fees.

Monthly support

Monthly support is ¥500/month including tax and renews automatically until stopped.

One-time support

One-time support can be any amount in JPY.

Cancellation

Monthly support can be stopped from the support page.

Refunds

Because support payments are voluntary contributions for a digital service, refunds are generally not available unless required by law.
